We must hold a minimum of 0.5% of our portfolio of every Russell 1000 company led by a female CEO.
We weight the stocks in our portfolio based on the collective wisdom of the partners, maintaining a minimum of 0.5% and maximum of 10% of the portfolio allocated to any single stock.
When a female CEO is replaced by a male, we must sell that company within 6 months. Similarly, when a female replaces a male as CEO, we have 6 months to add that company to our portfolio.
Any partner can nominate a public-traded (US exchange) company to be added to the portfolio. A majority of the partners is needed to approve each addition.
